My Work

Below are some examples of previous commissions:

This website was first built in 2007 and has been fully redesigned twice since then due to changing demands and changes in technology. The original website had information on history, accommodation and the horses and included a flash banner and similar navigation to currently. However, due to the volume on horses, the website has since been separated so there is a website for the horses and one for the accommodation and history. The website uses JQuery throughout to animate the banners and enlarge photos, and it also boasts https security throughout as well as an easy to use mobile version.

This website had initially been set up in early 2007. The first website had been created in Flash but due to changes in technology the website was later redeveloped. The website is mobile friendly and uses https for added security and JQuery for animating headers and for enlarging / scrolling images. The website now has a huge following on Facebook and is very successful in creating enquiries.

The website at Brash Equestrian compliments our other website Faside Stud. By separating foals and horse sales from the sale of straw, hay and trailer hire this allowed each website to stay more focused. This site uses a JQuery based navigation and uses a Paypal shopping cart. It is mobile friendly and also has full https security.

The Farm Environment was set up in 2009 after the closure of the Scottish section of FWAG and has grown very quickly. My involvement with this project was not just setting up the website but also setting up the social media, setting up email accounts and shared calendars and creating the brand you see today. On this project I also developed a blog which could also be published to both Facebook and Twitter and send an email to anyone on the subscription list automatically. The menu for this project was also an interesting project as the button for the dropdown menu had four overstates rather than the usual two. This took an impressive amount of trickery and I haven't seen this solution anywhere else.

This site was set up to promote and provide information on various properties. The website was set up to be easily updatable and to make information on the properties as easily accessible as possible. A novel navigation system was used for showing the particulars where the menu appears at the top and then shrinks to not intrude on the particulars. The website uses https throughout and is fully compatible with mobile devices.
